How to deal with uncertainty:
- Quiet your limbic system
- Stay positive
- Be mindful of what you know and what you don't
- Embrace what you cannot control/decrease your options of actions
- Focus on what matters//get your house in order
- Avoid perfectionism
- Don't dwell on problems
- Trust your gut instinct
- Have contingency plans
- ...don't ask what if
- Replace expectations with plans
- Prepare for different possibilities
