A: Accumulate positive experiences

Gym today was good

P: Physical illness prevention
Cycle often

L: Low vulnerability to disease

Eat better

E: Exercise regularly

3-4 times a week would do. I'll work to 5-6

A: Avoid mood altering drugs

No alcohol

S: Sleep healthy

I'm getting better at this

E: Eat healthy

I had chinese takeaway on Monday. That is the bad message
