salary increase?

 So I'm in the office today. I don't think I've ever blogged from the office, like ever.

I'm crunching some numbers. Union are negotiating a pay rise. 

My salary is 47.7

Nominal offer of 3% increase 

Potential salary would be  49.1

Union has made two pitches, long story but there's two potential offers: 49.8 would be one outcome or 52.2 another.  

Would be nice if I went up by 9.5% I might even stay in the job .
