  • Learn more HTML
  • Learn some SQL
  • Learn some Javascript
  • Keep active at the gym
  • keep going to class
  • Get all your work done
  • Get all your advocacy work done
  • Maintain caloric deficit (for weight loss)
  • Tally your savings 
  • Sleep healthily
  • Eat better
  • Have things to plan for and look forward to
  • Ask for help if you need it
  • Think about your actions having consequences. If you don't want the consequences, don't do the action. That's what I need to think when I'm at the corner shop looking at Wotsits
