- Get all your advocacy work done
- Maintain caloric deficit (for weight loss)
- Tally your savings
- Sleep healthily
- Eat better
- Have things to plan for and look forward to
- Ask for help if you need it
- Think about your actions having consequences. If you don't want the consequences, don't do the action. That's what I need to think when I'm at the corner shop looking at Wotsits
